The event
A new app to manage the event
In order to be able to keep track of the participants in the event, to communicate the program of each day clearly and to show the live performances of some conferences, the management of the Meeting felt the need to create an app. We started from the design of a clear and user friendly interface. The application had several sections, which had to be recognizable and clear: events, exhibitions, news, press reviews and videos. An internal team of the Meeting during the days of the event will constantly upload materials.
MyMeeting: organizing events simply
The application of the Meeting allows to schedule interesting conferences and exhibitions too. In “MyMeeting” section the user can mark the events that interest him most on the internal calendar of the app, manage personal information and details of the tickets; in addition, there is an interactive map that allows to move easily in the fair.
The Meeting app is entirely designed to make the experience easier.
